At MB Law, we know the immigrant experience because we’ve lived it. As immigrants ourselves, we understand how challenging the immigration process can be. Our mission is to provide accessible, compassionate, and reliable legal services to those seeking to build a life in the United States. We are committed to helping individuals and families find hope, stability, and a path forward, no matter where they’re from.
We’re originally from Venezuela and Guatemala. We’ve been in the U.S. for many years, and while we didn’t seek asylum, we understand what it means to leave home and start fresh in a new country. It’s that shared experience that helps us relate to our clients on a deeper level. We’ve worked hard to build a practice that stays personal, where you always feel like you’re part of the family. Clients come to us because they want lawyers who understand them, not just as a case number, but as people who need help with life-changing challenges.
At MB Law, we focus on helping those who need it most. Many of our clients are recent arrivals to the United States, and we understand the challenges that come with starting a new life here. Whether you’ve been in the U.S. for just a few months or several years, we’re here to guide you through the immigration process and help you find the stability you’re looking for.
The majority of our clients are individuals and families who have only recently entered the U.S., often after facing difficult journeys. Many are seeking asylum, protection from violence, and new opportunities. We help by providing clear legal strategies to help them stay in the U.S., get work permits, and build their futures.
We represent clients who are at risk of deportation, whether due to an ICE detainment or a removal order. If you or a loved one is facing deportation, we will fight to keep you in the U.S. and work to find a path for you to remain legally.
For those who come from countries affected by war, natural disasters, or other emergencies, we help with applying for and renewing Temporary Protected Status (TPS) so you can remain safely in the U.S. while your home country recovers.
Many of our clients are hardworking individuals looking to support their families. We assist with securing work authorization so you can find legal employment in the U.S. We know how critical this step is for getting your life on track.
Some of our clients have been in the U.S. for many years but are now eligible for immigration benefits due to a family petition, marriage, or other significant life event. Whether you’ve been here for decades or just arrived, we can help you understand your options and take the next steps toward permanent residency or citizenship.
No matter your situation, we are here to provide the help and support you need. If you’re facing challenges with immigration, we’ll work with you to find the best solution for your future.
